Application & Selection

September 10 – October 8: Students can apply to the program and submit their resumes to various job opportunities

October 22 – 26*: Students will be selected for interviews and interviews will be conducted (*London and Hong Kong will interview the week of October 29)

November 2: Students will be notified of offers

November 16: Students make final decision on offer and participation on program
January Residency
(January 5-13, 2013)

An intensive residency, held in Delaware, introduces spring coursework and content useful for the internship

Start spring coursework in initial face-to-face residency classes
Spring at Work
(January 18 – June 1, 2013)

On-site paid work at sponsoring employer offices in assigned city

Courses by Hybrid Learning: IT Enabled Innovation (3 CR) and Communication Practicum (3 CR)

Optional Courses (ex. GET Immersion Experience Internship and/or other online courses)

April: Formal Team Presentations to senior management of sponsoring employer
Summer at Work
(June 1 – August 4, 2013)

On-site paid work at sponsoring employer offices in assigned city

Continuation of course by Online Learning: Leadership and Ethics (3CR)

Standard portion of Immersion Experience concludes. Students return and prepare for fall semester classes
EuroTech- Immersion Abroad (optional)
